KATHMANDU: The Nepal Press Union Valley Province Committee has lit lamps in memory of those who lost their lives during the ‘Gen Z’ protests on September 8 and 9.
The provincial committee today observed a moment of silence and illuminated memorial lamps at Maitighar Mandala in the federal capital, Kathmandu.
It may be noted that the ‘Gen-Z’ protests was evolved with the demands of reopening the suspended social media, ending corruption, and establishing good governance, accountability, and transparency, among others.
