SIRAHA: In Matiyarwa, Lahan Municipality–1, 23-year-old Ranjita Chaudhary and her five-year-old son Aroz Chaudhary were found dead at their home this morning.

Another nine-month-old son was found unconscious and admitted to Lahan Provincial Hospital.

Preliminary police investigations suggest Ranjita may have poisoned her children before committing suicide.

The husband, Prabin Chaudhary, has been missing for several days.

Police suspect the incident occurred a few days ago as the bodies had begun to decompose.
