KATHMANDU: The third Test between India and England looks set for a draw.
Thirteen wickets have fallen by the end of the second day of play on Friday. Batting in response to England’s 387, India are 145 for three at the end of Friday’s play. KL Rahul is unbeaten on 53 and Rishabh Pant is unbeaten on 19.
Joe Root contributed a century of 104 runs for England in this match. Biden Cursley scored 56 runs in the ninth innings and James Steem scored 51 runs.
Jasprit Bumrah took 5 wickets for India. Akash Deep, who had been excellent in the second Test, failed to take any wickets.
