Gaurav Basnet has been appointed as the Head Coach of the national futsal team for the upcoming AFC Futsal Asian Cup Qualifiers 2024 in Mongolia.

Thamman Bhusal will take over as the Assistant Coach for the competition.

All Nepal Football Association ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai handed over the appointment letter to the two coaches on Monday.

Basnet was previously in charge of the national team in the 2022 AFC Futsal Asian Cup Qualifier in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
