KATHMANDU: Nepal’s national ‘A’ cricket team is set to tour India, where it will compete in a five-match T20 series against the Assam state team. The series is scheduled to be played in Guwahati from August 26 to September 3.

According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the tour will serve as a key opportunity for the nation’s rising talent. CAN has announced a 16-member squad for the tour, led by captain Anil Kumar Sah. The country’s primary national team is currently in Australia for the Top End T20 series, from which it has been eliminated in the group stage.
