DHAKA: Nepal’s national volleyball team faced its fourth consecutive loss at the CAVA Nations Cup in Bangladesh on Monday.

In an indoor match held in Dhaka, Sri Lanka defeated Nepal 3–0, winning the sets 25–18, 25–17, and 25–20.

Earlier, on Sunday, Nepal lost 3–0 to Afghanistan, and in previous matches, the team was defeated 3–0 by Turkmenistan and 3–2 by Bangladesh.

Nepal managed a 3–0 victory over the Maldives in the tournament, which features six participating teams.

The top two teams in the round-robin stage will compete for the championship title.
