KATHMANDU: Nepal will take on India today in the ongoing South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) U-17 Women’s Championship.
According to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the match will kick off at 6:00 PM (NST).
In the double round-robin league, India currently leads the table with 12 points, while Nepal sits in third place with 3 points.
Bhutan, yet to secure a victory on home soil, is in fourth place, and Bangladesh stands second with 9 points.
Only these four nations are participating in the tournament. As per the fixture, Nepal will next play Bhutan on August 31. However, Nepal is already out of contention for the title race.
