KATHMANDU: The ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup is beginning in UAE on Friday. On the first day of the tournament, India and the organizing team UAE, and Pakistan and Malaysia are playing.

The Nepali cricketers have already reached UAE for the tournament. Nepal placed in group ‘B’ is facing Sri Lanka on Saturday and the second game will be against Bangladesh on December 15. Nepal will play its third game against Afghanistan on December 17.

It is said that Nepal will play all its games at the Sevens Stadium. A total of eight teams are participating in the tournament divided into groups ‘A’ and ‘B’.

The Nepali cricketers in the ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup include Ashok Dhami (Captain), Niraj Kumar Yadav, Dilsad Ali, Avishekh Tiwari, Sibrin Shrestha, Sahil Patel, Dayananda Mandal, Nishcal Chhetri, Asish Lohar, Nitesh Patel, Chandan Ram, Roshan BK, Bipin Sharma, Bansa Chhetri and Yubraj Khatri.
