Chasing a target of 272 runs, the U.S. secured victory in 49 overs.For the U.S., Saiteja Mukkamalla scored 75 runs while Milind Kumar added 70.
Sandeep Lamichhane took 3 wickets for Nepal. Earlier, losing the toss and batting first, Nepal was bowled out for 271 runs in 49.5 overs.
Dipendra Singh Airee top-scored with 75 runs, followed by Karan KC (49), Kushal Bhurtel (47), and Bhim Sharki (43).
For the U.S., Harmeet Singh claimed 3 wickets, while Saurabh Netravalkar and Nosthush Kenjige took 2 wickets each.
Nepal will play its fourth match against the UAE on Wednesday.
