KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has predicted that the weather will be generally cloudy in Koshi Province as well as in the remaining hilly areas of the country this afternoon.

In a monsoon bulletin, the Division stated that the monsoon wind was slightly weak, while there is a partial impact of the local wind.

Moderate rainfall is likely in some places of Koshi, Madhes Bagmati and the hilly areas of Gandaki province and a few areas of other provinces today.

There are chances of heavy rainfall in one or two places of Koshi and Bagmati provinces today, the Division forecasted.

Generally cloudy weather is expected in Bagmati and Gandaki provinces with partial cloud coverage in the remaining areas tonight.

There is a chance of moderate rainfall in a few places of Gandaki province, and one or two locations in the rest of the hilly areas and tarai region.
