KATHMANDU:The monsoon low pressure line is located slightly north of the average location in the east and near the Terai of Nepal in the west.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, it will be generally cloudy throughout the country this afternoon.

There is a possibility of moderate rainfall in some places in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and Karnali province and a few places in the remaining areas.

There is also a possibility of heavy rainfall in one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces, the division has stated.

Tonight will be generally cloudy across the country. According to the division, there is a possibility of moderate rainfall in some places in the hilly and terai areas of Madhesh, Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces and in a few places in the hilly and terai areas of the remaining provinces.

There is also a possibility of heavy rainfall in the hilly areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces and one or two places in Madhesh province.
