KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology’s Weather Forecasting Division has stated that the western regions of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces are currently under the partial influence of a westerly disturbance.

According to the Division, this afternoon the weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas of all provinces, while the rest of the regions will experience mostly clear skies.

There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two locations in the hilly and Himalayan areas of all provinces.

Similarly, tonight the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of all provinces and mostly clear elsewhere.

The Division also mentioned that there is a chance of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
