KATHMANDU: Nepal will take on Sri Lanka today in the U-20 SAFF Women’s Football Championship. The match will be held at 7:45 pm Nepali time at the Basundhara Kings Arena in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Nepal defeated Bhutan 6-1 in the first match and lost to Bangladesh 3-2 in the second match.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, have lost both their opening matches. They were defeated 9-1 by Bangladesh in the first match and 5-0 by Bhutan in the second match.

Nepal is now scheduled to play its next matches against Sri Lanka on July 17, Bhutan on the 19th, and Bangladesh on the 21st.

The competition, which includes Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan, will run until July 22.
