KATHMANDU: Central committee members of the CPN (UML) have shared their views on the proposed amendment to the party statute during the ongoing central committee meeting.

According to Rajendra Prasad Gautam, head of the party’s publicity department, the meeting, which began Monday morning at the party’s central office in Chyasal, saw 40 central members express their opinions today.

He said, “A total of 49 central committee members have so far shared their views on the statute amendment proposal.”

He further informed that the central committee meeting has been postponed and will reconvene at 11 AM on Tuesday.
