GORKHA: Former Home Minister and RSP lawmaker Sudhan Gurung stated on Sunday that he expects a clean chit from the property probe committee and a return to the Home Ministry.
Speaking at the RSP Gorkha District Convention, Gurung clarified that he resigned to facilitate the investigation, which has now been submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Anticipating his reappointment, Gurung requested that well-wishers refrain from visiting the ministry to congratulate him or take photos for the first two months so he can focus entirely on work.
He also urged newly elected district leaders to stay connected with the grassroots rather than focusing on the capital.
