KATHMANDU: On Thursday, the final trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index declined by 31.50 points.
With a total turnover of Rs 15.98 billion, NEPSE’s market capitalization also dropped by 1.06 percent.
Out of the companies traded today, share prices of 198 declined while only 52 saw gains.
Among the top performers, traders dealing in shares of Trade Tower Limited earned the highest profits, while those trading shares of Bhugol Energy Development Company suffered the biggest losses.
Except for the finance subgroup, all sectoral indices closed in the red on Thursday.
