KATHMANDU: Gold prices in Nepal saw an upward trend on Sunday, with the price of hallmark gold increasing by Rs 1,100 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, gold is now trading at Rs 217,100 per tola, up from Rs 216,000 per tola on Friday.
Silver prices also witnessed a modest increase of Rs 40 per tola. The Federation reported that silver, which was sold at Rs 2,580 per tola on Friday, is now trading at Rs 2,620 per tola.
