KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rate for Sunday.
According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 141.60 and the selling rate at Rs 142.20.
The buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 163.79 and the selling rate at Rs 164.48, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 187.96 and the selling rate at Rs 188.76, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 175.68 and the selling rate at Rs 176.43.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 92.78 rupees and the selling rate is 93.18 rupees, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 101.03 rupees and the selling rate is 101.46 rupees, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 109.07 rupees and the selling rate is 109.53 rupees.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 27 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 31 paise, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 88 paise and the selling rate is 19 rupees 96 paise, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 75 paise and the selling rate is 37 rupees 91 paise, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 85 paise and the selling rate is 39 rupees 01 paise.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 33 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 35 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 38 rupees 55 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 71 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 33 rupees 51 paise and the selling rate is 33 rupees 66 paise, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 96 paise and the selling rate is 10 rupees, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 14 rupees 86 paise and the selling rate is 14 rupees 92 paise, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 21 rupees 94 paise and the selling rate is 22 rupees 03 paise.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.20 and the selling rate at Rs 18.27, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 461.16 and the selling rate at Rs 463.11, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 375.57 and the selling rate at Rs 377.16, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 367.77 and the selling rate at Rs 369.33.
The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15. The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed.
