KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to step up its election-focused activities.

In a secretariat meeting held at the party office on Sunday, the party, identifying itself as a democratic organization, decided to concentrate all its attention on the upcoming elections and increase related activities.

RSP emphasized that other political parties should also take initiatives to ensure a successful election.

Since the elections are mandated by the government, RSP has demanded that the government create an environment that allows all political parties to participate.

The meeting also noted that the government has provided time to update the voter list until November 16, and the party decided to call for voter registration on its behalf.
