KATHMANDU: The district convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is commencing today.

In accordance with the party’s organizational policy and as per the decision of the Central Committee, the district conventions are scheduled to take place today and tomorrow.

According to RSP General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti, the conventions for 37 districts will be completed today, followed by 29 districts tomorrow.

Following the completion of the district conventions today and tomorrow, the schedule dictates that provincial conventions will be held from June 9 to June 15.

The dates for the party’s first National Convention have been set for June 21 to June 23 in Chitwan.
