KATHMANDU: Karnali Yaks elected to bowl first after captain Sompal Kami won the toss in today’s second Nepal Premier League (NPL) match against Pokhara Avengers.

Pokhara made five major changes, bringing in Jason Roy, Dhananjaya Lakshan, Rishi Dhawan, Akash Chand, and Sandeep KC, while releasing Jimmy Neesham, Matt Taylor, Sumit Verma, Abhishek Tiwari, and Dinesh Kharel.

Karnali also reshuffled their lineup, replacing William Bosisto, Yuvaraj Khatri, and Deepak Dumre with Jaykishan Kolsawala, Yoonish Vikramsingh Thakuri, and Dipendra Rawat.

Karnali has played five matches and Pokhara four, with both teams securing only one win so far.
