KATHMANDU: Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has directed the officials of the local administration to cooperate and coordinate with the people’s representatives in the local levels before and during the election to the House of Representatives (HoR).

Taking stock of the entire preparations of the HoR elections in Kavre district on Saturday, Minister Aryal directed the Chief District Officer and the office-bearers of the district security committee for the coordination and cooperation at the local level.

On the occasion, Minister Aryal also took stock of the polls preparations of the district from Chief Election Officer of Kavre, Prem Prasad Neupane.

According to the Minister’s Secretariat, the Chief District Officer and the office-bearers of the district security committee briefed the minister about the overall security situation of the district and preparations of the polls.
