KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has initiated consultations following the arrest of former Home Minister and party leader Ramesh Lekhak.
Party officials said they are discussing the developments that arose after the police took Lekhak into custody this morning and plan to release an official statement soon.
Lekhak was arrested at his residence in Katujhe, just a few minutes before the police took former Prime Minister and UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli into custody from his residence in Gundu and brought him to the police custody.
