KATHMANDU: A photo showing Home Minister Sudan Gurung resting on a sofa inside his office has circulated widely on social media, drawing public interest and discussion.

According to his private secretariat, Gurung was unable to return home due to his demanding schedule and instead took a brief rest at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Officials stated that the minister has been working continuously, handling responsibilities around the clock, which led him to rest within the office premises.

Sharing the image on Facebook, Gurung wrote, “No creation is greater than the creator, and no government stands above the people.”
