KATHMANDU: Undefeated Group ‘A’ winner Nepal is set to face Group ‘B’ runner-up Oman in the first semifinal of the Asian Games Men’s Cricket Qualifier in Singapore this Sunday at 7:15 AM.

Nepal locked in its top spot following dominant group-stage victories, defeating China by 221 runs and Malaysia by 167 runs.

The second semifinal will feature Group ‘B’ winner Hong Kong against Malaysia later that day.

While all four semifinalists—Nepal, Oman, Hong Kong, and Malaysia—have already successfully secured their spots for the upcoming Asian Games, they will now battle for the qualifier tournament title.

China, Qatar, Bahrain, and hosts Singapore have been eliminated.
