KATHMANDU: Gold prices in the Nepali market rose again on Friday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, although gold prices had fallen in recent days, they increased on Friday.

Compared to Thursday, gold prices went up by Rs 2,700 per tola (11.66 grams), rising from Rs 236,300 per tola on Thursday to Rs 239,000 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, silver prices also increased. Thursday’s rate of Rs 2,980 per tola rose to Rs 3,060 per tola on Friday, the federation reported.
