KATHMANDU: The government has decided to form a recommendation committee to appoint the chairperson of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

A Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to constitute the committee under the coordination of Dr. Gunakar Bhatta, vice-chairperson of the National Planning Commission.

Dr. Ghanshyam Upadhyaya, secretary at the Ministry of Finance, and Bhuvan Kumar Dahal have been appointed as members of the committee.
