BHAIRAHAWA:  A Shree Air plane flying from Dhangadhi to Kathmandu made an emergency landing at Bhairahawa Airport.

The flight, which took off at 10:00 AM on Saturday, was diverted to Bhairahawa Airport midway due to a problem detected in the aircraft’s hydraulic indication system, according to Tribhuvan Airport spokesperson Rinji Sherpa.

Hydraulic system issues can make takeoff and landing difficult. In such situations, controlling the aircraft becomes challenging, necessitating an emergency landing.

All 82 passengers and the crew on board are safe.Another aircraft is being prepared at Bhairahawa Airport to transport the passengers.
