KATHMANDU: On the occasion of former King Gyanendra Shah’s 80th birthday, the Royal Youth Force organized a rally in the Ratnapark area of Kathmandu. The rally, organized to celebrate his birthday, commenced from Ratnapark, passed through Jamal, and concluded back at Ratnapark.

Participants in the rally carried national flags and chanted slogans in favor of the monarchy, expressing their support for the former king.

Due to the rally, vehicular movement in the Ratnapark-Jamal area was briefly disrupted.
