KATHMANDU: A 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck Rukum East on Sunday afternoon, with tremors felt across several neighboring districts in western Nepal.
According to The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, the quake occurred at 4:30 pm, with its epicenter in Kol, Rukum East. Residents in Rolpa, Dang, and Arghakhanchi reported brief but strong shaking, prompting many to rush outdoors.
