KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock formed a committee to collect details of the assets that perished in the arson perpetrated during the Gen-Z protests on September 8 and 9.

The five-member committee is formed under the coordination of Ministry Spokesperson Dr Januka Pandit. Employees representing the administration, account and other departments are the members in the committee. Spokesperson Pandit told the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) that the committee would thoroughly study the damages incurred to its assets, including vehicles.

As many as 41 vehicles belonging to the Ministry perished in the arson as per the preliminary report.
