Foreign Minister Khanal addresses NCWA’s 78th anniversary programme

KATHMANDU: Minister for Foreign Affairs Shisir Khanal addressed the 78th anniversary programme of the Nepal Council of World Affairs (NCWA) today.

Highlighting the Council’s legacy since 1948, the minister praised NCWA’s contribution to Nepal’s diplomatic development and its long-standing role in shaping foreign policy discourse.

During the event, Minister Khanal also released the latest edition of the NCWA Journal, stressing the importance of Track II diplomacy and the role of independent think tanks in strengthening Nepal’s international engagement.

The ceremony was attended by the Chief Guest, Speaker of the House of Representatives Dol Prasad Aryal, along with government officials, academics, and researchers.
