KATHMANDU: A landslide at Tuin Khola along the Narayangadh–Muglin road section has completely obstructed traffic in both directions.

The incident occurred this evening at Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6 in Chitwan.

Chief of the Chitwan District Traffic Police Office, Gayatri Sharma, said that road clearance work has begun but warned that the risk of further landslides remains high.

According to Sharma, smaller landslides have been falling since the afternoon, and the latest one in the evening will take additional time to clear.

Police have urged travelers and vehicle operators to avoid using the section at night due to the continued risk of falling debris.
