ROLPA: Three people have died after a jeep met with an accident at Byangkholo in Madi Rural Municipality-2 of Rolpa.

According to the police, the deceased include two men and one woman. Their identities have not yet been established.

The jeep, which was transporting corrugated zinc sheets and plastic pipes, plunged approximately 600 meters down from the road at Byangkholo.

Upon receiving information about the incident, a police team from the Area Police Office in Ghartigaun was deployed to the scene.
