Police in Kailali district on Thursday arrested two youths on the charge of stealing a motorcycle in Bhajani Municipality-3.

Those arrested have been identified as Suresh Chaudhary (21) and an 18-year-old youth whose name has not been disclosed. Both are residents of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-17.

They had allegedly stolen the motorcycle with vehicle registration number Se 7 PA 3216 belonging to Premraj Jaisi of Padariya in Bhajani Municipality-3 on May 23, according to Kailali District Police Office (DPO). The motorcycle was parked in Jaisi’s residence in Godown Verandah, police informed.

Security personnel nabbed them along with a motorcycle when they were riding the motorcycle from the Debariya-based jungle in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis-7. 

They have been charged with a theft case and further investigation into the case is underway after taking an additional deadline from District Court, informed DPO, Kailali.
