KATHMANDU: The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), a newly formed political outfit in India, has appointed three spokespersons as it expands outreach around education and youth-focused issues.

Investigative journalist Saurav Das has been named chief spokesperson, alongside political researcher and filmmaker Vijeta Dahiya and former management consultant Ashutosh Ranka, according to a statement shared by the party.

The party said the appointments aim to bring new-generation voices into public discourse and strengthen engagement on governance and education reform debates in India.

CJP, which has recently gained attention online among students and young voters, is preparing for upcoming campaigns led by its founder, Abhijeet Dipke, who has announced plans for protests in New Delhi, India, following his return on June 6 over alleged education examination irregularities.
