KATHMANDU: A meeting of the office bearers of the CPN (Maoist Center), which is conducting the Tarai-Madhes awareness campaign, is underway at the residence of party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Khumaltar.

Dor Prasad Upadhyay, secretary of the party central office, informed that the meeting began at 3 pm. It is said that the issue of assigning responsibilities to leaders will be discussed in today’s meeting.

Although former Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has returned to party politics, his party responsibilities have not been finalized. However, he has started participating in party meetings in his capacity as vice-president. On Magh 21, the party has assigned him the in-charge to look after the responsibility of the production sector.
