KATHMANDU: Opposition lawmakers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) arrived at the Federal Parliament building wearing blue ribbons to demand an investigation into the visit visa scandal and the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.

These MPs, who have been staging a protest in the House of Representatives, wore the blue ribbons prior to the Tuesday session of House of Representatives to be held at the Federal Parliament in New Baneshwor.

They also took a group photograph inside the parliament building. Dr. Tosima Karki, an MP elected from Lalitpur, shared the group photo on her Facebook page.

MP Karki stated that their campaign highlights raising voices against human trafficking and human smuggling, showing solidarity with victims, and committing to a safer society.
