KATHMANDU: Journalist Dilbhushan Pathak has appeared before the Kathmandu District Court.

Following the filing of a case against him on charges of cybercrime, Pathak appeared at the Kathmandu District Court.

His testimony has begun before Judge Khemraj Bhatta’s bench. After the testimony concludes, a hearing on bail will take place.

Based on the Cyber Bureau’s investigation report, the District Government Attorney’s Office in Kathmandu filed the case against him last Monday.

The complaint lodged with the police’s Cyber Bureau accuses Pathak in connection with a video related to the Hilton Hotel, in which Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba’s son, Jayveer, was implicated.
