KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has emphasized the need for collective efforts by the government, youth, and women entrepreneurs to achieve national prosperity.

Speaking at the inauguration of the International Women’s Leadership Conference 2082, organized by the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs on Friday, PM Oli stressed the importance of working together to attain success and development.

“We must achieve prosperity through the promotion of entrepreneurship,” he said. “The government places high priority on youth and women entrepreneurship. I believe the outcomes of this conference will help fulfill the government’s development goals.”

Prime Minister Oli also highlighted the implementation of constitutional provisions for women’s empowerment.

“We have ensured at least 33 percent representation of women at all three levels of government. In schools, the number of female students now exceeds that of male students. Girls are also increasingly excelling in academic performance,” he stated, adding that further progress must continue.
