KATHMANDU: Dhanusha Police have arrested a person on charges of using abusive language on the social media platform TikTok.

Police arrested Roshni Khatun, 20, of Janakpur Sub-metropolitan City-24, Dhanusha, on Sunday on charges of using obscene language on TikTok live.

Police have extended the remand of the arrested woman in the indecent assault case and have kept her in the custody of the District Police Office, Dhanusha, while other investigations are underway, the police said.
