KATHMANDU: The Politburo meeting of the CPN-UML, which began on Friday, has been postponed until 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Six members spoke during Friday’s session held at the party headquarters in Chyasal.

The meeting is currently discussing reports to be presented at the upcoming Statute General Convention.

The Secretariat meeting held on Thursday had reached an agreement on the draft statute.

As part of preparations for the UML’s Statute General Convention, Thursday’s Secretariat meeting had approved three key proposals: the political report by Party Chair KP Sharma Oli, the statute amendment report by Vice-Chair Bishnu Prasad Paudel, and the organizational report by General Secretary Shankar Pokharel.
