KATHMANDU: Supporters of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane marked the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan by tying rakhi on his cut-out.

Gathering at the party’s Banasthali office where Lamichhane’s cut-out was placed, the supporters performed the ritual and also called for his release.
