GULMI: The Kaligandaki Corridor has been blocked for traffic due to landslides. The road was completely blocked after a landslide occurred in Rakse, Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-2, Gulmi this morning.

With rain continuing to fall in the area, landslides from above the road has not stopped. Hence, the road is yet to be opened for traffic despite mobilization of security personnel with necessary equipment, said Information Officer of the District Police Office, Ganga Bahadur Saru.

The rain has not stopped since Wednesday afternoon.
