KATHMANDU: Finance Ministry has said that former officials misusing state facilities without legal provision are being required to return them.

As part of this initiative, former Speakers Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Onsari Gharti, along with former National Assembly Chair Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, have returned government vehicles.

The Finance Ministry stated that it is monitoring former political and bureaucratic officeholders who had been using state resources without legal entitlement.
