KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rate for Saturday.
According to the bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 140 rupees 26 paise and the selling rate has been fixed at 140 rupees 86 paise.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at Rs 162.83 and the selling rate at Rs 163.53, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at Rs 186.70 and the selling rate at Rs 187.50, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at Rs 176.03 and the selling rate at Rs 176.78.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 91 rupees 12 paise and the selling rate is 91 rupees 51 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 99 rupees 98 paise and the selling rate is 100 rupees 41 paise, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 107 rupees 90 paise and the selling rate is 108 rupees 36 paise.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 17 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 21 paise, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 69 paise and the selling rate is 19 rupees 78 paise, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 40 paise and the selling rate is 37 rupees 56 paise, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 48 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 65 paise.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 28 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 30 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 38 rupees 19 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 35 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 33 rupees 21 paise and the selling rate is 33 rupees 36 paise, the buying rate of one South Korean won is 9 rupees 74 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 79 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 14 rupees 93 paise and the selling rate is 15 rupees, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 21 rupees 80 paise and the selling rate is 21 rupees 89 paise.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.05 and the selling rate at Rs 18.13, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at Rs 457.33 and the selling rate at Rs 459.29, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at Rs 372.07 and the selling rate at Rs 373.66, the buying rate of one Omani rial at Rs 364.30 and the selling rate at Rs 365.86.
The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.
