KATHMANDU: Lumbini Lions and Janakpur Bolts are set to face each other today at 4:00 PM in the ongoing second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium.

Lumbini Lions, captained by Rohit Poudel, and Janakpur Bolts, featuring Arif Sheikh as their marquee player, will face each other at 4 PM at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground.

Both Lumbini and Janakpur remain in the race for the playoffs, Lumbini currently sit fourth on the table with 6 points from 6 matches, while Janakpur are at the bottom with only 2 points from 5 games.

If Lumbini win today, they will become the final team to secure a playoff berth. If Janakpur win, the qualification scenario will depend on the outcomes of the remaining matches and net run rates.
