KATHMANDU: An all-side meeting called by Prime Minister Sushila Karki is taking place today.
Prime Minister Karki has called this meeting in order to hold discussion about the election to the House of Representatives scheduled for coming March 5, according to PM’s Secretariat.
PM Karki’s Press Coordinator Ram Bahadur Rawal shared that leaders and representatives of the Nepali Congress, CPN (UML), Nepali Communist Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Rastriya Swatantra Party, as well as other parties are invited to attend the meeting.
Similarly, Gen Z representatives, chiefs of security bodies, and the Election Commission are invited in the meeting.
The government has been continuously holding discussions with stakeholders focusing the election to the House of Representatives and National Assembly.
The Election Commission has already made public an election schedule. Old and new political parties have also forwarded their election activities.
