KATHMANDU: The Pakistan Embassy, Kathmandu organized an art exhibition and artist talk entitled “Colours of Pakistan through the Brush of a Nepali Artist” on Thursday.
The exhibition held on the premises of the Embassy featured the works of Nepali artist Bidhata KC, inspired by her artistic journey and experiences in Pakistan.
The event was attended by a distinguished art lovers and practitioners, representatives of civil society, media professionals, social media influencers, and friends and families of the Pakistan Embassy.
The presence of a diverse audience reflected the strong interest in cultural exchange and people-to-people connectivity between Pakistan and Nepal.
Through her artwork, she portrayed Pakistan’s vibrant landscapes, heritage, and cultural diversity.
Addressing the audience, Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal, Abrar Hashmi, commended the artist for her exceptional work and creative interpretation of Pakistan through a Nepali lens.
He emphasized that cultural diplomacy remains a vital pillar of Pakistan-Nepal relations and reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to promoting shared history, culture, and mutual understanding between the two countries .
