KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has formally concluded the ongoing session of the National Assembly, acting on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

According to the Office of the President, the session was prorogued effective from 12 midnight on Friday, February 13. The decision was made in line with Article 93, Clause 2 of the Constitution, following a Cabinet recommendation dated February 9.

The announcement was confirmed in a press statement issued by Presidential Spokesperson Ritesh Kumar Shakya.
